JLC in the SLC!

***From Press Release:

A Celebration of old tech meeting modern innovation

The Horological Society of Utah hosts top Swiss watchmaker, JLC.

Salt Lake City, Utah • November 11, 2021 — Watch enthusiasts of all walks poured in to the whiskey lounge of PDQ.com's new facility, in Salt Lake City, Thursday evening. The event was hosted by the Horological society of Utah and the guest of honor was Jaeger LeCoultre. JLC started with Antoine LeCoultre in 1833 and continues to produce some of the worlds finest timepieces to this day. The premier brand’s Las Vegas boutique brought a night of rare timepieces and latest technology learning. Every one in attendance (Horological Society Members) was able to witness millions of dollars worth of JLC’s latest inventory.

HSU holds regular informal meetups where collectors get together to share their favorite pieces. Thursday’s event was the first formal engagement which offered an exclusive opportunity for HSU members to be up close and personal with JLC pieces. The brand currently doesn’t have a large retail presence in the Salt Lake Valley and HSU was excited to bridge the supply and demand gap, while providing an educational opportunity.

The event was highly anticipated and very well received. JLC came prepared to educate, excite and reveal, which turned into a 4D experience like no other. They demonstrated their latest tech and inspiration on the screen and then provided the pieces in real life for the audience to experience them.

It was a night filled with prizes, craft beers and great stories of Swissmaking.

The evening was a success and all parties have committed to continue in similar events in the near future.
